Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Summary: Your data stays in Turkey. Our Platform is solely an appointment coordination tool for professionals (barbers, teachers, dentists, coaches, etc.) and their clients. The developer is not responsible for the content, quality, or professional outcomes of any services provided. No advertising or third-party tracking is used; only pseudonymized technical error logs are sent abroad.

By downloading the "Kelan" mobile application ("App") or using the associated booking website ("Website"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

In these Terms, "developer" / "Provider" refers to the natural person Öncüm Korkmaz Yılmaz operating the Platform. "Platform" refers to the App and Website collectively.

1. Definition and Purpose

The Platform is a technical infrastructure and intermediary service that enables independent professionals ("Service Providers") in various fields to plan their working schedules digitally, and allows users ("Service Recipients") seeking their services to select available time slots via booking links and submit appointment requests.

The Platform is not a medical device, accredited educational institution, or professional supervisory body; it does not provide diagnosis, treatment, training, or professional expertise advice in any field.

2. Disclaimer

3. Registration Requirements

4. Third-Party Sign-In and App Stores

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms; all technical and legal responsibility for the App belongs to the developer. The standard EULA provisions of the respective stores remain applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, interface, and "Kelan" trademark of the Platform belong to the developer. Users are granted only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to technical use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions, the developer shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit arising from use of the Platform. Under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations, any pre-emptive provisions eliminating or limiting the developer's liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct are void; the liability limitations in these Terms apply within that mandatory boundary.

7. Modifications and Termination

The developer may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective from the moment they are published on the Platform. Service Providers may terminate the agreement at any time via the "Delete Account" button in the App; Service Recipients may do so by ceasing use.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

Turkish law governs these Terms. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
